- Prepare your favorite drink and enjoy its taste, celebrating every sip and moment.
- Move your mind to a place, where you will feel safe, calmly, where only you are or where you are surrounded by people who are good to you and treat you with respect and cordiality.
Start a notebook in which you will describe your reflections and emotions, all this, What brings you joy and satisfaction every day and what you have been able to accomplish. Enjoy the little things — they make up the bigger whole, our everyday life. Pay special attention to your start of the day. From the morning, take care to treat yourself well by getting up early enough to start the day without undue haste. Remember that the basis is a healthy sleep, because it is from it that everything begins.
